I'm running mySQL 4.0.x and get an error message when I try to install. What's with that?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

TH requires you are running at least 4.1.x -- we changed this after v1.0 last year for security reasons. We believe TH works fine all the way up to mySQL 5.x however we've not yet certified it for that version.
