Action needed choices - 2008/03/14 19:21
Is there anyway to change the Action Needed fields in the program?

Request for Quote, Request for Schedule, and such are not appropriate for my projects.

Thanks

After some research in the .php-files I thought I found the answer to this question...

I opened the file "english.php" in the language folder with i.e. Dreamweaver and searched for request_type (line 492) and there I've found the options.

After I changed the options - I only added // to the lines I didn't want - I uploaded the file and refreshed my browser.

Well, unfortunately I didn't work the way I was hoping; the lines I commented out just simply show with i.e. _REQUEST_REQUEST_QUOTE

As I'm not really a php-guru, my wisdom pretty much ended here. So I hope somebody else can provide a solution to solve this problem.

mamboblue had half of it right you need to edit the actual text in the english.php file but if you want to ad or remove options you need to edit the inc/request_type.php file.

If you want to remove options that's, easy just comment out or delete the highest numbered items in the $request_list_type and $request_list_type_code arrays.
If you want to add new options just add numbers to the list and add in the text for the new option to the english.php file.

I hope this made a little sense.

Does anyone know if this will be changed to some kind of a back end option in the future?

For that matter, is TaskHopper even being actively developed any more?

What's happened to all of the Joomla plug-ins lately? It's like every plug-in developer has just dropped off the face of the planet.
