Assigned to field - 2008/09/06 00:15
I have installed TH on my host, I noticed that the admin is the only one who can assign a task to someone.
If a normal registered user or even the project manager adds a project the field assigned to doe not appear.
Another thing is that in the tutorials there was something mentioned about delegating tasks. I wanted to know if this is available or not as neither the admin nor the manager have the ability to delegate tasks.
