If you have a question about Taskhopper, you are not obligated to pay us anything for some feedback. In fact, we generally will respond to your questions within one day. What we can't do is promise you that turnaround time and of course, we can't promise TH will do what you want it to... or for that matter, even getting it installed.
So, if you need some help, you are welcome to ask. When you do this, especially this is is about errors during install, be sure to include your Sys/Info so we know what you're server is running. If you don't know what sys/info is, it looks like this.
If you decide you want to use TH, and want to have access to our tech group and want to support continued development... then we encourage you to read on.
Purchased Support
Taskhopper is an open source product, however we do offer support for these in the event you don't want to play the role of webmaster and/or developer.
Also, development of any kind is expensive, so if you do use TH and would like
to contribute, purchasing support would be most appreciated.
