Each user can be granted permission to access projects at different levels. These assignments, made by the admin, limit how each user interacts with various actions within the system.
In this case, the above user would not be able to view any aspect of the projects highlighted with red checkboxes. Because of this feature, Taskhopper can operate in an environment where non-cooperative groups may exist. (eg., In the case where multiple vendors might be providing services for the same customer)
