When Taskhopper is installed, the components and modules are loaded via a script which effectively gives file and directory ownership to the file server, Mr. Apache. To remedy this, you will need to have server level access to change this.

Contact your host support desk if you find that your FTP program is unable to delete or overwrite existing Taskhopper files or directories.
