I have often wondered whether a direct implementation of the Joomla content management system with some of its component extensions could take the place of my previously chaotic administrative methods.  I'm sure that it would have improved the situation immensely but there was probably something still missing. That something is undoubtedly 'TaskHopper'.  TaskHopper zeros right in on the stuff that really matters in project teams - the actual production tasks, the people and the communication - the things that make change happen and take us to the accomplishment of our objectives and goals and our ultimate success.
