How do I assign rights to users? |

By default, a new Joomla user will not be able to see anything within Taskhopper. (however, we should qualify that, as if you set the modules to public, they would be able to see menus and such)
Once a new user is created, they need to be given explicit rights to each project you want them to see/update.
The current version of TH does not support groups so yes, you must give rights to each person one at a time. If you have a huge group of people working on projects, you may curse us for this. When we designed TH, we had about 20 people in mind. We now realize this was a bit short-sighted and promoise to correct this in version 2.0.
