In exchange for allowing me to be part of the Dingo Beta group, I am agreeing to the following:

This is not my first time with Joomla. I have built more than a few Joomla-based websites and have used version 1.5 enough to know how to install/uninstall components.

I will install Dingo on a fresh Joomla 1.5.8 site within one week and will give feedback to the Dingo developers via email.

While I may decide to install this on any domain, I understand this version contains bugs and any damage I cause with this is my own doing.

I will not distribute the code I receive to anyone else, nor will I upload it to any public website, as I acknowledge this release is not finished and I am doing this exclusively to help get Dingo to a state of better usability and stability.

Even if I don't like Dingo, based on this first release, I will not post unfavorable things about it, at least until the official product is released in January of 2009.

If I do not provide useful feedback, I may not be included in the next release which will happen on the 15th of January, 2009.

In exchange for my participation in this beta rollout, I will receive a full copy of the final release. In addition, the Taskhopper Dingo group will promote my product/services on their website for so long as I am part of the development group. (To remain part of the development group, you need only continue to provide feedback)
