The next release of Dingo (1.5.4 Leonora) arrives March 6th. If you have any requests, please get them to us soon. We'll post our plans in the forum for what's to be included in this version. Also, our download manager is ready. If you have purchased a copy of Dingo, an email will be going out to you this afternoon to explain how this works. But in a nutshell: You log in here, go to Download Area in the User Menu and take what you want. (All previous versions and updates will be there) Your available window for downloading is 60 (or 365) days from your date of purchase. If you want to purchase extra download support, we'll have that available soon. |

In the old Taskhopper we had a field called "Assigned To" which implied there was a 1:1 relationship between task and worker. In Dingo we have changed this a bit. Instead of an "Assigned To" field, we have changed it to a Primary field.
When adding a new task item, there is a field called Primary. This actually is just the 1st resource assigned. It's up to you to decide if that person is the one who is accountable for getting the task completed. If you select a resource in the Primary field (which is optional) and if the priority is greater than Low, then this Primary person will receive email notification(s). |

A "Visitor Ticket" is a Dingo term for allowing visitors (or anyone) to be able to make requests. Think of it as a Joomla contact page that instead of just emailing you, also puts a record into your Dingo database. Here's how it works: Inside of the project screen, there is a new field called "Visible to Public" which looks like this:
