It's our intention to provide you with correct answers to all your questions as quickly as you can ask them. To do so we've created five different options for you.
1. Search The Dingo WebsiteIt's our intent to frequently update the Dingo website (where you are now) with just about everything that comes to us. We have a variety of different areas where you might find what you're looking for. Hopefully the search feature here will help you locate what you need. Eventually, we'll have a FAQ section to answer the more common questions.
2. Search the Dingo ForumNext, we offer you the Dingo Forum, a place where anyone in the Dingo community can ask questions and get answers. We have someone that will be watching over the forum at least once a day to see how we can help answer questions. In some short period of time, there should be lots of info there where you can search for answers that may have already been provided to someone else.
3. Post a Message on the Forum If you don't have any luck with the first two, then create an account in the forum and post your question in the appropriate area. We don't always have the answers immediately, but it's our pledge to be as responsive as possible to all posts. Keep in mind, that we will always give first priority to those clients who have an active support contract with us. If you should ever need to jump ahead in the line, purchasing support is always available to you. (The Dingo Forum is free of charge ... open to all)
4. Paid SupportWhen you obtain a copy of Dingo, it comes with a minimum of one day of support. That means you can email us directly with questions and we'll respond, generally the same day. This time is intended to cover anything you deem worthy, ranging from installation to connecting Dingo to other systems. Does this mean you can call us on the phone? Sure! We'll even do that. When you purchase Dingo support, you'll gain access to the people who spend all day, and sometimes all night, making Dingo a product you'll want to use. Learn more about our support packages.
5. Purchase the Dingo ManualDo you prefer to learn via something printed? Maybe you are installing Dingo for someone else and want to make a good impression by including a copy of something you can pass out at a meeting? We're all in favor of preserving trees, but sometimes a nicely printed manual gives people a sense of comfort because it's tangible, and you can use it to doodle. In addition, it also conveys a sense of confidence knowing that support is available if it's ever needed. (The Dingo Book will be available in mid-February '09)
